Thermo Mechanical Treatment: This is the world's most advanced technology. In this method mild steel is used. The Bars are treated after passing through successive stages of rolling to achieve its final shape. Then it is imparted specific heat treatment through a controlled water spray to acquire metallurgical and mechanical properties to get higher strength.
Sagar TMT | Others |
---|---|
1. It has more tensile strength then it's standard so the construction is more stronger. | 1. It has less tensile strength so the grip on construction is very low period. |
2. SAGAR TMT has maximum deterioration rate because of its standard chemical composition. | 2. Simple TMT/Tor has a high deterioration rate so the grip on construction is generally decreasing day by day. |
3. Customer gets better quality in low cost. | 3. Simple TMT/Tor are sub standard quality, that is why available at low rate but due to weak construction it proves costly. |
4. As per ISI standard every TMT bar has a fixed weight & Equal tensile strength | 4. Irregular weight always |
5. Complete chemical testing of raw material & TMT Bars. | 5. Ordinary tested |
6. Produced by Automatic Plant | 6. Produced by Small & Manual Plant. |
